Ingredients for Egg Curry

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3-4 red dry chilies
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed
  • Turmeric powder (as per your preference)
  • 1 tablespoon meat masala
  • Garam masala (cloves, cardamom and bay leaves)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Red chili powder (as per your taste)
  • Chopped coriander

How to make egg curry | egg masala gravy

1: Firstly heat up 1 tbsp oil in a wide frying pan, add some turmeric powder to fry boiled eggs and take it out in a plate

2: After that add 2-3 tbsp of oil and put some cumin seeds, red dry chilies, cloves, cardamom and bay leaves

3: Then add chopped onion and capsicum along with some turmeric powder and salt and stir it properly

4: Add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for four to five minutes in a medium flame. So, that it will perfectly be cooked as a paste.

5: Then add one tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, meat masala and stir it properly

6: Add some water and then fried eggs, let it cook for 3-4 minutes

7: Garnish with chopped coriander on top for a better taste

8: Now delicious curried egg is ready to serve 🙂
