Pork Curry is non-vegetarian cuisine that is very popular all over the world. It is prepared using fried pork meat dipped in a tomato curry with varieties of spices and also Choy sum leaves. Choy sum leaves added extra flavor to the meat and curry. It is mostly served with rice.

Ingredients

  1. One kg Pork meat
  2. Five tablespoon oil
  3. One finely chopped onion
  4. Five finely chopped tomatoes
  5. Chopped choy sum leaf 
  6.  Four red or green chilies
  7. One tablespoon turmeric powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. One tablespoon cumin powder
  10. Ginger-garlic paste
  11. Meat Masala
  12. Chili powder as per your preference
  13. One lemon
  14. Finely chopped coriander

Let’s make it

1: First of all heat up 5 tablespoons of oil in a wider pan, add pork meat in it and let it cook until it gets golden brown color

2: Add one tablespoon turmeric powder and salt, then stir it properly

3: Add chopped onion and chili and then let it cook for 3-4 minutes

4: After this, add all the spices i.e. cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, meat masala, chili powder and mix it properly

5: Add chopped tomatoes then close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes in medium flame

6: Then add some water and then add chopped choy sum leaf in it

7: Mix it properly and let it cook for 2-3 minutes then add some lemon juice (optional)

8: Garnish with chopped coriander on top

9: And it’s ready to serve 🙂
