Ingredients for veg pizza dough
- A bowl of plain flour or wheat flour (maida)
- A tablespoon of active dry yeast
- One tablespoon Sugar
- One tablespoon Salt
Ingredients for veg pizza base
- Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
- Finely grated Mozzarella Cheese or (any type)
- Pizza spices
- One finely chopped onion
- One Chopped tomato
- Black Olives
- Chopped capsicum
Let’s make it
1: First of all take a bowl to make the mixture of sugar and yeast. Add 1 tbsp of sugar, yeast and some warm water. Mix it properly and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2: Now take a big bowl to make a dough. Add a small bowl of plain flour, salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Knead the dough by adding the mixture of sugar and yeast thoroughly to make a perfect dough.
3: Wrap it in plastic and left it for 3-4 hours or 24 hours if possible
4: Remove the plastic and divide the dough into two balls. Stretch out into a thin round shape to make the base more crispy. Use your palm to flatten the edge of the dough where it is thicker
5: Spread any kind of pizza or tomato sauce on top of the dough
6: Now add enough amount of mozzarella cheese and toppings of your wish
7: Add onions, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, capsicums and many more
8: Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes
